STABIMAX®
STABIMAX® is a solution of superior quality gum arabic, specifically developed by the BIOLAFFORT® R&D department.
STABIMAX® results from an innovative purification process that preserves its natural properties and improves its filterability. As it is 100% Verek, STABIMAX® has a high stabilisation power with respect to unstable colouring matter in wine. In addition, its good filterability means that it can easily be added before microfiltration.
Dosage: 70 to 150 mL/hL.
