Sulphurisation of juices and wines.
1 g of potassium pyrosulphite releases 0.5 g of SO2.
Formula: K2S2O5
Density: 2.34 g/cm³
Method of addition: prepare a 10% solution of K2S2O5 in water.
Do not use with acids.
