BACTICONTROL®
Formulated with chitosan, lysozyme and enzymes to protect wines from certain micro-organisms, particularly lactic bacteria. Biocontrol product.
Microbiological protection of white, red and rosé wines after fermentation.
Wine vinification tool in SO2 reduction strategy.
Allows slowing down or even stopping MLF in progress or avoiding its occurrence (treatment is possible before or after AF).
Synergistic action of ß-glucanase and lysozyme on lactic bacteria, particularly on Pediococcus filaments (the action of the enzyme on polysaccharides creates a diffusion barrier around the bacteria, which can impede the action of lysozyme).
BACTICONTROL® prevents organoleptic deviations caused by unfavourable microorganisms.
Improves wine clarification and filtration.
