Formulated with chitosan, 100% fungal origin, and inactivated yeast to reduce microbial load (unfavourable microorganisms). Biocontrol product.
Reduction of the overall microbial load (yeast, bacteria*).
Wine vinification tool in SO2 reduction strategy.
Improved wine clarification.
Treatment is possible before alcoholic fermentation. Using this formula between AF and MLF can slow down the onset of MLF.
