POWERLEES® LIFE
Formula based on 100% yeast derivatives, suitable for wine production
organic.
POWERLEES® LIFE is particularly rich in reducing compounds, including
reduced glutathione (antioxidant). Research and development work on exploring
alternatives to sulphates during ageing allowed us to select this
inactivated yeasts for their ability to slow down the consumption of oxygen
in wines. Used once or several times during ageing, POWERLEES® LIFE
protects wines from premature oxidation, refreshes already oxidised wines and
increases the ageing potential. Very high protection potential, especially in the
context of the production of wines without the addition of sulphates.
