ZYMAFLORE KHIO

BIO - certyfikat USABIO - certyfikat UEWegański

Non-saccharomyces yeast of the species Metschnikowia pulcherrima for the
BIO-protection of white and rosé musts and grapes during the initial phase of
fermentation at low temperatures.

ZYMAFLORE® KHIOMP is the result of a massive selection from the flora of grapes and
must during cold fermentation. This strain is characterised by its ability
to maintain its population for several days at very low temperatures.
Due to its very low fermentation capacity, ZYMAFLORE® KHIOMP
allows BIO-protection of the harvest or must from the predominance of potentially
undesirable indigenous microorganisms.

DOSAGE: 2-5g/hL, 5g/hL when temperature is below 4 degrees C.
