ICHTYOCOLLE is a fish-based fining agent adapted to high-grade fining and clarification of white and rosé wines.
Restores high organoleptic clarity and gives remarkable brilliance to treated wines. ICHTYOCOLLE is an exceptionally pure powder, dehydrated by freeze-drying, which preserves its natural components. ICHTYOCOLLE is a preparation containing citric acid, which facilitates dissolution in water on implementation. ICHTYOCOLLE is suitable for treating other beverages (beer, cider…).
DOSAGE:
- The treatment doses are predetermined on the basis of laboratory tests.
The recommended doses of ICHTYOCOLLE can be determined as follows:
0.5 to 1.5 g/hL dry matter equivalent (50 to 150 mL/hL of prepared solution).
