Stabilisation of calcium tartrate salts by specific precipitation of excess calcium. CA2+STAB® reacts with soluble calcium and precipitates as (D) calcium tartrate. The precipitate thus produced will be eliminated after refining or purification.
OENOLOGICAL CONDITIONS
- We recommend performing the treatment as early as possible (preferably during alcoholic fermentation). Use on must is
