ACTIFLORE® D.ONE
A yeast-based preparation for direct inoculation, designed for the alcoholic fermentation of all types of wine.
Developed by LAFFORT®, ACTIFLORE® D.ONE is a formulation based on the very robust yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae and a yeast-derived activating additive, specifically for direct inoculation.
A reliable technological tool, easy to use and retaining all the fermentation benefits of selected yeast.
Neutral strain (respects the typical character of the grape variety).
DOSAGE
- 30 - 40 g/hL (300 - 400 ppm) depending on the potential
alcoholic strength.
- Adjust dosage according to potential ABV:
30 g/hL (300 ppm) if potential ABV < 14% vol. /
40 g/hL (400 ppm) if potential ABV > 14% vol.
- 50 g/hL (500 ppm) if late inoculation
