Description
POLYMUST® BLANC
Preparation of plant protein (pea) and PVPP for the prevention of oxidation in white and rosé musts and wines.
Prevents oxidation.
Elimination of oxidising phenolic compounds that can affect aromas and change colour.
Dosage:
Between 30 and 80 g / hL (300 - 800 ppm).
Maximum legal dose (EU): 80 g / hL (800 ppm).
OENOLOGICAL CONDITIONS
- Treatment is best carried out before or during fermentation. Suitable for use on flotation.
- The treatment can also be performed on wine.
Application:
Dissolve POLYMUST® BLANC in water 5 to 10 times its weight. The preparation can be infused before or during fermentation and also into finished wines.
POLYMUST® BLANC solution should be used the same day after preparation.
